Is each MOCHIPUNK piece handmade?
Yes. Each piece is individually assembled and finished by hand using carefully selected mechanical and electronic components, gears, wires, and resin. This hands-on process is part of what gives every MOCHIPUNK creation its own character.
Will the piece I receive look like the photos?
Yes. The overall shape, color, structure, and key design details will match the product shown. Because many internal components are arranged by hand, the exact position of tiny gears, wires, or circuit elements may vary slightly from piece to piece.
Why is one side of my piece flat? Is it supposed to be fully 3D?
Yes — this is intentional and part of the way many MOCHIPUNK pieces are designed. They are created as front-facing resin artworks rather than fully three-dimensional sculptures. The detailed side is designed to face outward, while the reverse is kept flat during the casting process. This also helps the piece sit more naturally and steadily against clothing when worn.
The flat back does not mean that part of the piece is missing or unfinished — it is the intended structure of the design.
What comes with my piece?
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, your order includes the pendant, one 60–70 cm bead chain, one 50–60 cm leather cord, one key ring, and a MOCHIPUNK gift box.
Can I wear it as a necklace or use it another way?
Yes. Most MOCHIPUNK pieces are designed for more than one way of wearing or carrying. You can wear the piece with the included chain or leather cord, or use the included key ring to attach it to keys, bags, and other accessories where suitable.
Is it waterproof?
MOCHIPUNK pieces are not designed for prolonged exposure to water. Occasional light splashes are generally fine, but we recommend removing your piece before showering, swimming, exercising heavily, or any activity involving extended contact with water. This helps protect the metal components, hardware, and overall finish over time.
How long will my order take to arrive?
