Are MOCHIPUNK pieces handmade?
Yes. Each MOCHIPUNK piece is carefully assembled by hand using mechanical parts, electronic components, gears, wires, and resin-based detailing. Because of this process, small variations may occur between individual pieces.
Will my piece look like the product photos?
Yes. The overall shape, color, structure, and key design details will match the product shown. Minor differences in the placement of tiny internal components may occur because each piece is individually assembled.
What comes with my order?
Each order includes the pendant, a 60–70 cm bead chain, a 50–60 cm leather cord, a key ring, and a MOCHIPUNK gift box, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 2–5 business days. Delivery typically takes around 4–12 business days after shipment, depending on the destination. Tracking is provided for every order.
What if I change my mind?
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are returned in their original condition. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
