We hope you love your Mochipunk piece — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order if:

1. The item is unused and in original condition

2. The item is not a custom or final sale item

3. You provide your order number and proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

2. How to Request a Return

Please email us at support@mochipunk.com with:

1. Your order number

2. Reason for return

3. (Optional) Photos of the item, if damaged or incorrect

Our team will respond within 48 hours to guide you through the process.

3. Refunds

1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

2. Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days via your original payment method.

3. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged on arrival).

4. Exchanges

Want a different product or color?
Let us know — we’ll happily help you exchange your item, subject to availability.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

We take quality seriously.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn't appeared after 5 business days:

1. Check your bank or card provider again

2. Contact your payment platform (PayPal, credit card, etc.)

3. Still nothing? Email us at support@mochipunk.com — we’ll help.

7. Custom Orders

Custom or limited-run pieces may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
