Because each item is handmade, please allow 2–5 business days for:

We'll send you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

4. Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can follow your order in real-time.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed beyond 20 business days, please contact us at support@mochipunk.com — we’ll investigate with the carrier and find a resolution.

6. Customs & Import Duties

Some countries may charge customs duties or VAT. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
We declare our packages honestly and aim to minimize unnecessary fees.
